A message group transmission system and a method thereof are provided to enable a subscriber of a meeting to designate subscription and secession of a particular group for receiving a message by himself or herself and to transmit the message to subscribers of the particular group even without accessing the Internet. A DB consists of ID information of a particular group for receiving a message, telephone numbers of subscribing members of the particular group, the first line number capable of receiving a transmission request of the message or generation or removal of the particular group via a mobile communication network, and the second line number capable of receiving a subscription or secession request of the particular group via the mobile communication network. A server comprises as follows. A reception controller receives information received at the first and second line numbers. A transmission controller receives the message through the first line number to enable the message to be transmitted to subscribers of the particular group. A DB controller updates the DB by processing the subscription or secession request and the generation of a group requested through the first line number.
