The exhaust valve includes a closing body (8) e.g. ball, a prestressing device (9), a base unit (10) for supporting the prestressing device, and a plastic disk unit (7). A sealing seat (7b) of the exhaust valve is arranged at the disk unit. The disk unit forms a wall region for the pressure chamber, and the cylinder unit is arranged in a pump housing (11).
