A device for correcting the shape of a coil is provided to prevent a coil from being broken, prevent friction flaws from being generated on the coil, and prevent damages of facilities by correcting the shape of the coil using coil shaping frames. A device for correcting the shape of a coil comprises: pressing carriages(11) which are installed oppositely to each other in a state that the coil is placed between the pressing carriages to press a produced coil(12), and which press the coil from left and right sides; a coil lift(13) installed on the bottom of the coil to lift the coil; and shaping frames installed on surfaces of the pressing carriages such that the shaping frames face each other to correct a coil that is projected or angled during coiling of a strip. The shaping frames are removably installed on the pressing carriages using bolts.
