PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and certainly stop an aircraft approaching a runway from a taxiway. SOLUTION: A sensor transmitting part 3 and a sensor receiving part 4 set opposite to each other are constituted of electric power source parts 21, 43, logic parts 22, 44 and transmitting/receiving antenna parts 23, 45, and each of the electric power sources is constituted duplicate and supplies duplicate direct current electric power source voltage to the logic parts by OR-outputting it. The transmitting antenna part 23 has two transmitting systems to discharge transmitting pulses of the two transmitting parts through a system change-over switch 38 and two level testing parts 40-1, 40-2 to test a transmitting pulse level of each of the transmitting parts 36-1, 36-2, and the transmitting system logic part 22 delivers a system change-over indicating signal to the system change-over switch from a test level of each of the level testing parts.
