A system for performing AD for vehicles is provided to exchange contents of the AD displayed to the vehicle in a remote place easily and enable an advertiser to view a display state of the AD of the advertiser by displaying the AD to the device installed to the vehicle. A vehicle AD device(300) displays AD data received through the wireless network to a part of the vehicle. A storing server(200) stores the AD data and a central control server(100) controls an operation of the vehicle AD device and the storing server. The vehicle AD device transmits error information to the central control server if an error is found through a self-diagnosis, transmits location, moving, and AD information of the vehicle installing the vehicle AD device to the central control server if the central server requests vehicle service information, and transmits emergency information to the central control server in emergency. An external vehicle terminal(310) displays the contents of the AD by being mounted to the outside of the vehicle. An internal vehicle terminal(320) displays an AD display state of the external vehicle terminal and turns on/off power of the external vehicle terminal.
