A shock absorbing device for a road junction is provided to absorb shock caused by collision of vehicles effectively using shock absorbing filler and to take economic effect by using waste resources as main materials. A shock absorbing device for a road junction comprises a main body(10) manufactured with waste vinyl and provided with many filler housings(11) filled with materials to absorb impact energy, coupling grooves(12) and a receiving groove(13) receiving a support(50) to support the main body, enclosure plates(20) coupled to the upper part of the main body to cover up the filler housings, a protection rail(30) fixed to the upper part of the main body in a U-shape to absorb impact energy, and a bottom fixture(40) fixed to the bottom and provided with a fixing rail(41) fit to the coupling grooves of the main body to prevent the horizontal movement and deformation of the main body.
