<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning simply and sufficiently the beer pipe of a draft beer dispenser. <P>SOLUTION: The method for cleaning the draft beer dispenser is characterized in that a beer head is fitted on a mixing instrument having a water feeding opening and a carbon dioxide gas feeding opening, and water and carbon dioxide gas are separately fed from these feeding openings to clean the beer pipe of the draft beer dispenser. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
