SOLUTION: At least one kind of water-soluble polymer selected from an acrylamide polymer compound, polyethylene oxide and sodium polyacrylate is contained in the water-based coating 13a in at least the lowermost layer which is subjected to the curtain coating on the running sheet substrate 11. An acetylene glycol-based surfactant or a micellized acrylic polymer, as necessary, is contained.
