摘要 FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. ^ SUBSTANCE: according to proposed metod of ignition of working mixture, air gets into engine combustion chamber at suction stroke at delivery of fuel charge into intake manifold or directly into cylinder with subsequent compression of working mixture at compression stroke and ignition at end of compression stroke. Ignition is provided by injection of some amount of igniting charge heated to self-ignition temperature directly in injection nozzle into combustion chamber. Said ignition charge gets self-ignited getting into oxygen-containing medium of fuel. Ignition of igniting charge in combustion chamber provides reliable ignition of working mixtures and complete combustion of main fuel charge in closed space of combustion chamber at excess of oxygen. Pressure of igniting charge is built by high-pressure pump installed directly before igniting charge injection nozzles. Intake duct has air throttling system which provides complete filling of engine cylinder with gas charge. Control of amount of fuel delivered into combustion chamber irrespective of amount of suction air is provided. Only maximum amount of fuel delivered into combustion chamber is limited by signal of oxygen sensor installed in exhaust manifold. Igniting charge injection nozzle contains electrically operated value delivering fuel into combustion chamber. Heating element arranged in zone of valve shutoff needle serves to heat igniting charge of fuel to self-ignition temperature in oxygen-containing medium. Temperature sensor installed in zone of heating element provides optimum heating conditions. ^ EFFECT: improved economy of engine, no adverse effect on environment, improved conditions of starting at low temperatures. ^ 8 cl, 1 dwg
