Linking structure of a flow path tube of a hydraulic power steering apparatus having a friction preventing ring is provided to prevent a feed tube from being rotated when linking a flare nut to a flare tube fitting by including a friction preventing ring between a flare nut and a feed tube locking ridge and reducing friction force between them. Linking structure of a flow path tube of a hydraulic power steering apparatus having a friction preventing ring comprises a feed tube(210), a flare nut(260) and a flare tube fitting(240). The feed tube supplies and recovers power steering oil. The flare nut is equipped in an outer circumferential surface of the feed tube. The flare tube fitting is equipped in an outer circumferential surface of a cylinder. A locking ridge(250) is formed in the feed tube, and a friction preventing ring(310) is equipped between the flare nuts.
