A system for controlling and managing a ubiquitous healthcare exercise is provided to easily use several sporting goods at once by using a standardized interface in a different circumstance of a physical connection standard between portable terminals and sporting goods. A system for controlling and managing a ubiquitous healthcare exercise includes a portable terminal device part(200) and a sports equipment sharable repeater device part(100). The portable terminal device part exchanges messages with one or more than one sports equipment by using the standardized interface. The portable terminal device part collects and processes various kinds of information through message exchange with many sports equipments. The sports equipment sharable repeater device part embodies a system for controlling and managing the ubiquitous healthcare exercise through exchanging messages with the portable terminal device part.
