<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinical information management and delivery method and a clinical information management and delivery apparatus that ensure high convenience, universality and data continuity. <P>SOLUTION: Clinical information data in a format other than universal image formats created on an input and editing terminal (1) is saved in an information repository (3). The clinical information data is read out from the information repository (3) and provided for the input and editing terminal (1), and is also provided through conversion into image data in a universal image format in a rendering part (4). The clinical information data completed on the input and editing terminal (1) is converted into image data in the universal image format in the rendering part (4) and saved in a management repository part (5).
