The organizer has a removable wall sliding a content of a compartment in a drawer (6) during an opening or a closing of the drawer, and a programmable unit cooperated with a control unit controlling an engine unit on a reception of an activation signal. An interface is mounted on a prismatic, spherical/paralleopiped shaped case (4) to permit a user to carry out programming of the programmable unit, and an alarm signal generates a visual/sound alarm based on the programming. LEDs (2) are connected to the programmable unit to indicate a presence of pills e.g. gelatin capsule, to a user.
