<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cervical collar which has good air permeability, thereby has a good feeling of wearing, and is sanitary because of being less perspiratory. <P>SOLUTION: The cervical collar has many small holes 2 arranged across in the form of a network and communicating in the width direction, and is made up of mainly an expanded plastic plate having a porosity of 30% or higher. Velcro fasteners 41 and 42 and other engagement members are attached directly to the plate or to a bag covering the plate.
