PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article easily recognized by a color vision handicapped person and a color vision non-handicapped person. SOLUTION: In a partial region 12 of the article 1, a color phase (reflection wavelength) is shifted when the region 12 is viewed from the front side and from the oblique side. Thereby, the article easily recognized by the color vision handicapped person and the color vision non-handicapped person can be provided since the color phase hardly recognized when viewed from the front side by the color vision handicapped person is changed into easily recognized color phase by being viewed from the oblique side.
