PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial leather like sheet reducing a bad effect to an environment caused by the elution of solvent without using the solvent for dissolving a resin, and also simply produced without through complex processes. SOLUTION: This artificial leather like sheet is obtained by impregnating a fibrous aggregate with a polyurethane resin without using an organic solvent, wherein the unit weight of the fibrous aggregate is 10 to 300 g/m<SP>2</SP>, the unit weight of the artificial leather like sheet is 100 to 3,000 g/m<SP>2</SP>, a polyol component which is a raw material of the polyurethane, is liquid at≤25°C, the polyol component includes a polyoxypropylene glycol added with an ethylene oxide at its terminal, and the weight of the contained ethylene oxide is≥10 wt.% based on the total amount of the polyoxypropylene glycol.
