A noise reduction device for a refrigerant compressor is provided to attenuate vibration and noise by generating partial condensation at a discharge port of the refrigerant compressor and allowing the condensed droplet to absorb vibrations generated from the compressor. A noise reduction device for a refrigerant compressor(10) comprises a condensing unit(16). The condensing unit is installed at a discharge port(14) of the refrigerant compressor for partially condensing the refrigerant gas, allowing the condensed droplet to absorb and attenuate vibrations. The condensing unit comprises a condensing coil(18) to circulate cold water, wherein a condensation generation unit(20) of the condensing coil makes contact with the refrigerant gas from the discharge port.
