An apparatus for adjusting a position of a wall-mounted flat panel display device are provided to adjust height, a left and right tilt, or an upper-side tile also after the wall-mounted display device is hung on a wall. A movable plate(12) is fixed at a movable rail of a fixing plate(10) in a state when the fixing plate is fixed at a wall body. A height adjusting part(14), an upper-side tilt part(16), and a left and right tilt part(18) are installed in the movable plate. A height adjusting motor is installed to be inclined to one side of a lower part. A left and right tilt motor is installed in the center of the lower side. An upper-side tilt motor is installed in the center of an upper side.
