PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work chuck capable of easily or automatically regulating eccentricity or inclination relative to a reference axis of a workpiece having a shape rotary symmetrical to a main rotary spindle at high accuracy with high rigidity and good rotation balance. SOLUTION: This work chuck comprises an eccentricity regulating member 7 having a planar part 4 adhered to a plane part on a workpiece 14 side of a main spindle 2 installed to a lathe processing device 1 and an indented spherical part 5 installed opposite to the planar part 4, and an inclination regulating member 7 having a projected spherical part 8 engaged with the indented spherical part 5 of the eccentricity regulating member 7 and a chuck mechanism 9 installed opposite to the projected spherical part 8.
