A STARCH-BASED ENTIRELY BIODEGRADABLE MATERIAL, WHICH COMPRISES 65-95% BY WEIGHT OF PLANT STARCH, 1-15% BY WEIGHT OF REACTIVE PLASTICIZER, 0.1-5% BY WEIGHT OF REACTIVE COMPATIBILIZER AND 1-20% BY WEIGHT OF BIODEGRADABLE POLYMER. THE MANUFACTURE PROCESS OF THE SAID MATERIAL COMPRISES THE FOLLOWING STEPS: 1) MIXING PLANT STARCH AND THE SAID REACTIVE PLASTICIZER IN A HIGHSPEED MIXER; 2) ADDING THE BIODEGRADABLE POLYMER WHEN THE MIXTURE'S TEMPERATURE WAS RAISED TO 80- 200ºC; 3) COOLING AND DISCHARGING THE MIXTURE TO GIVE A POWDERED MATERIAL; 4) ADDING THE SAID POWDERED MATERIAL TO A TWO-SCREW EXTRUDER AND ADDING THE REACTIVE COMPATIBILIZER AT L20-230ºC,EXTRUDING A SHEET MATERIAL, CALENDERING, COOLING AND SETTING. THE ENTIRELY BIODEGRADABLE MATERIAL OF THE PRESENT INVENTION CAN BE COMPOSTED OR USED AS SOILLESS CULTURE MEDIUM AFTER USE. IT MAY BE USED TO PRODUCE DISPOSABLE TABLEWARE, PACKING CONTAINERS AND FILLERS FOR SHOCK ABSORPTION, ETC.
