<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension structure capable of ensuring a large cushion stroke of a suspension device without moving an upper end supporting position of a shock absorber upwardly. <P>SOLUTION: The suspension structure is provided with right and left lower arms 77 wherein a rear suspension 75 for suspending right and left rear wheels 3 supports the right and left rear wheels 3 by way of knuckles 78, and with right and left rear cushion units 79 interposed between the respective lower arms 77 and a sub-frame 60 of a vehicle body frame.
