PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building in which a large space enough beyond the unit boundary is secured and the transportability and assemblability of reinforcement beams are enhanced. SOLUTION: In this unit building 10, when the temporary columns 38 of a building unit 60 disposed on the first floor portion 10A are dismantled, a continuous large space 50 is formed. Lower story side reinforcement beams 48 with a short span are fixedly inserted into the spaces 46 between ceiling girders 44 of the first floor portion 10A. Upper story side reinforcement beams 58 of the same span are fixedly inserted into the spaces between the floor girders 54 of a second story portion 10B in the state of non-contact with the lower story side reinforcement beams 48.
