A method for fermenting organic substance-containing livestock excrement and waste material is provided to allow treatment of a large amount of livestock excrement and food garbage in a short time while preventing environmental pollution, and to produce high-quality organic compost in a co-friendly method. A method for fermenting organic substance-containing livestock excrement and waste material comprises the steps of: mixing and fermenting liquid and solid organic substances including livestock excrement and organic waste materials in a mixing tank(5) under a moisture content of 60-65% by introducing inorganic materials(zeolite, soda ash, lime and slaked lime) as a moisture controlling agent, swollen chaff as a fast fermenting and fertilizer composition modifying agent and four types of microorganisms to the mixing tank, followed by aging; and further aging the resultant product in an aging-fermentation tank(23) to provide a solid fertilizer, while recycling it partially from the aging-fermentation tank to the mixing tank so that it is used as a moisture controlling agent. |
