PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a lot of radio terminals to implement IP packet transmission/reception using routes of an ad-hoc network by enabling a wide-area ad-hoc network to be formed. SOLUTION: A route connection request unit 12 is provided for transmitting a route connection request of the ad-hoc network to another radio terminal 2 when guidance information notified from the other radio terminal 2 constituting the ad-hoc network with an access point 1 is received. When the route connection of the ad-hoc network is permitted from the other radio terminal 2 after the route connection request is transmitted from the route connection request unit 12, guidance information indicating a state where the network is being formed at present, is notified.
