PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal and a content distribution system capable of raising use ratio of content.

SOLUTION: The mobile terminal has: a download part 222 which requests distribution of the content to a content server to download the content; a content storage part 216; an execution part 218 which executes the content; a first time determination part 202 which determines time at the point of accepting an operation of a predetermined operation key to specify first time to be a condition for determining the content to be executed as the first time; a second time determination part 204 which determines time at the point of accepting an operation of a predetermined operation key to specify second time to be a further condition after accepting the operation of the operation key as the second time; a determination part 214 which determines the content to be executed based on the first time and second time and an LCD which displays the content to be executed when the execution part 218 executes the determined content to be executed.
