PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore and reuse a box body and a shock-absorbing material. SOLUTION: A packing box includes a lid 10, sidewalls 12-15, a bottom 18 of a shape corresponding to the lid 10, and a frame 11 forming an upper opening of a boxlike space and coupled with the lid 10 closing the opening via coupling means 21 and 22. At least one pair of opposite sidewalls 14 and 15 have creases 16 and 17 parallel to the frame 11, and has an upper rim coupled with the frame 11 and a lower rim coupled with the bottom 18. When the sidewalls 14 and 15 are folded along the creases 16 and 17, the lid 10, the frame 11 and the bottom 18 come close and are coupled via the coupling means 21 and 22, thereby forming a storage space partitioned into upper and lower spaces by the folded sidewalls. The box includes a sleeve 40 located to surround the boxlike space in contact with internal surfaces of the sidewalls when all of the sidewalls are extended perpendicularly to the bottom, having a plurality of broken lines 41 and 42 intersecting perpendicularly with the broken line on the sidewalls, and stored into the storage space when folded along the lines.
