PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for precisely measuring rotation unbalance of a specimen such as circular, disk-like and tire-like matters. SOLUTION: The measuring instrument precisely measures rotation unbalance of the rotating specimen 1 attached to a spindle 2. The spindle 2 is rotatably held in bearing parts 3, 4 of two upper and lower parts, each bearing part 3, 4 arranges a pair of plate springs 6 deflecting due to rotation of the spindle 2 respectively, and deflection is generated in the plate springs 6 due to rotation variation torque generated by the rotation of the spindle 2 by being caused by unbalance of the specimen 1. The deflection is generated in the plate spring 6, and detected by a vibration sensor as displacement of shaft boxes 8, 9 through the spindle 2.
