FIELD: chemical industry; light industry; other industries; production of the dust-arresting devices used for purification of the air. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for the air purification from the finely-dispersive dust and chips and may be used in chemical industry, light industry and other industries. The dusty gas stream is tangentially fed into the cyclone unit (6) through the peripheral inlet of the gas stream (9). The swirling flow is moving on the descending spiral line along the walls of the fitting pipe connected to the storage bin (5) used for the dust collection. The purified air is being withdrawn from the apparatus through the cylinder-conical cartridge, the contraction tube and the filtering components (12) and (13). The light particles of the dust, which has been not trapped in the storage bin (5), are delayed on the filtering components (12) and (13), which are simultaneously the aerodynamic sound silencers. The invention allows to increase efficiency of the dust trapping process, to reduce the metal consumption and the vibroacoustic activity of the apparatus as a whole. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the dust trapping process, the reduced metal consumption and the vibroacoustic activity of the apparatus as a whole. ^ 5 cl, 1 dwg |
