PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a shift shock recognized by a driver by suppressing pitching occurring at a shift. SOLUTION: An AT control unit detects a pitching amount A of a vehicle during a shift (S10), and when the absolute value of the detected pitching amount A exceeds a predetermined value Ath, the reduction speed of oil-supply pressure to a frictional fastening element to be released at the next shift, or the increasing speed of oil-supply pressure to a frictional fastening element to be fastened, is corrected according to the direction of the pitching (S3, S6).
