A portable toothbrush sterilizer is provided to prevent the water collected in the bottom side of a protection cap from flowing into a grip receiving part by forming a boundary sill at an opening part of the protection cap. In a portable toothbrush sterilizer(10a), a lower case(100a) has a sterilizing unit receiving part containing a sterilizing unit having a sterilizing lamp(162) and a touch switch and a battery receiving part. An upper case(200a) combined to the upper end of the lower case comprises a toothbrush receiving space(210) recessed downward from an upside(220) and a protruded hole formed at one of the upside and an outer peripheral wall to receive a portion of the touch switch. The receiving space has a bristle receiving part(212) having an ultraviolet ray ejecting hole(240) formed on the lateral side and a grip receiving part(214) formed at the lower side to contain a toothbrush grip. A protection cap(500) is attached to/detached from the bristle receiving part of the upper case and composed of a second ultraviolet ray ejecting hole(510) formed at one side and an opening part(550) formed on the other side to receive the toothbrush grip. A cover is positioned at the upper side of the upper case, turned to be opened and closed, and provided with a press projection pushing the touch switch. |
