PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preparing the optimum transportation schedule based on transportation cost on a truck vehicle basis in a physical distribution network in which a plurality of physical distribution centers are connected in multi-stage. SOLUTION: In order to determine the physical distribution center for performing relay on the midway of transportation from a shipping side and the final delivery side of the cargo, i.e., a relay base, information of the relay base on every shipping side and delivery side is stored and it is divided into a transportation unit between the two physical distribution centers from information of the respective cargos according to information of the relay base. The divided unit is allotted to the truck to perform preparation of the schedule. Since preparation of the transportation schedule is performed by the transportation unit between the physical distribution centers for relaying the cargo, the transportation schedule on the physical distribution network including the plurality of physical distribution centers can be prepared.
