A mold release recycling system for press forging process is provided to produce a mold release in which release agent and water are smoothly mixed at a desired concentration. A mold release recycling system for press forging process includes a water tank(100), a foreign substance isolation unit(200), and a mixing and injecting unit. The water tank is arranged in a pit formed below a forging press, and equipped with a level gauge(110) and a pump(120) operated by s limit signal of the level gauge. The foreign substance isolation unit includes a separator(210) connected to the pump of the water tank; a foreign substance isolation tank(220) in which the mold release solution passed through the separator is collected; a step screen(230) for splitting the foreign substance isolation tank into front and rear sections; first and second stirring members(240,250) arranged in front and rear of the step screen; and a pump(260) for pumping the mold release solution existing in the rear section of the foreign substance isolation tank. The mixing and injecting unit includes a mold release tank connected to the pump of the foreign substance isolation unit; a water tank for storage of water; a mixing tank for receiving the mold release solution and water from pumps connected to the mold release tank and the water tank, and mixing the received mold release solution and water; and a spray nozzle for receiving the mixture from the mixing tank through a spray pump, and spraying the mixture to a mold.
