FIELD: land-based and underground building structures and mining, namely anchoring-bolts for roof, floor, or shaft-lining protection, particularly anchors formed of composites based on fiber material and polymeric binder. ^ SUBSTANCE: anchor comprises rod 1 with bit 2 in head part thereof and with collet bush 3 provided with tightening nut 4 in end part thereof. Rod 1 has central through orifice and includes collar 6 and seven separate continuous composite members 7 directed along axis O thereof. Six members 7 are solid and have round cross-sections. One member is hollow and has ring-shaped cross-section. Solid members 7 are arranged in collar about hollow rod 1 defining through channel so that solid members are snug against collar 6 and one against another. Members 7 of rod 1 are made of epoxy basalt fiber reinforced plastics with basalt fiber content of 65% and with 9 mum fiber thickness. Collar is made of basalt tissue. Total cross-sectional area of member 7 is 75% of that of collar 6 interior. ^ EFFECT: increased load-bearing ability in particular application condition. ^ 15 cl, 8 dwg |
