A functional shoe insole is provided to correct adduction exercise and to decrease load applied to the soles and joints of the feet by supporting the arch part of the sole of the foot with a hard arch support pad. The functional shoe insole detachably inserted/separated into/from the inside of shoes and made of elastic materials is composed of a main insole(100) made of elastic materials and provided with a placing groove of the predetermined size formed at the bottom of a part coming into contact with the heel; a toe support pad(200) made of materials with elasticity higher than that of the main insole and combined to the front part of the main insole coming into contact with toes; an auxiliary insole(300) formed in half of the size of the main insole and joined to the bottom side of the main insole from the center of the sole of the foot to the heel to absorb shock applied on the sole of the foot; an arch support pad(400) made of materials harder than that of the auxiliary insole and combined to the bottom side of the auxiliary insole coming into contact with the center arch of the sole of the foot to firstly support the sole arch of the foot; and a cushion pad combined to the placing groove of the main insole to absorb shock transmitted to the heel. |
