PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic product to increase skin beautifying effect by the improvement of sleep and improve and ensure the cosmetic effect for producing beautiful skin without using the conventional ingredient having uncertain action path to inhibit the skin-relating enzymes. SOLUTION: The sleep-inducing cosmetic product contains an ethanol extract of the hair root of Panax ginseng belonging to the family Araliaceae.
