PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure of a table, which has good assemblability, sufficient supporting strength relative to a connection frame member of a top board receiver, and rigidity and good appearance. SOLUTION: In the frame structure, the top board 2 is supported by a plurality of supporting legs 4 and connection frame rods 6 for connecting the supporting legs 4. In the frame structure, the top board receiver 10 is supported at the leg 4 so as not to be turned, the top board receiver 10 includes a fitting projection 11 fitting to an end 7 of the connection frame rod 6, side walls 12 covering the right and left sides of the fitting projection 11, abutting on or adjoining the opposite side surfaces of the connection frame rod 6, and connecting piece 13 connecting the upper parts of the right and left side wall 12, having the upper surface protruded upward from the right and left side walls, and having the lower surface abutting on or adjoining an upper surface of the connection frame rod 6. The top board 2 has a lower surface 3 abutting on or adjoining the upper surfaces of the right and left sidewalls 12, and the lower surface 3 of the top board 2 has notched portions 3a fitted with the connecting pieces 13.
