A refrigerator is provided to form a refrigerant path in an evaporation dish for evaporating defrost water of a refrigerant discharge pipe by heat exchange with refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant path. A refrigerator comprises a refrigerant discharge pipe(18) for discharging refrigerant from a compressor, and an evaporation dish(30) formed with upper and lower plates(33,35) stacked with each other for defining a refrigerant path(37) connected to the refrigerant discharge pipe. The evaporation dish carries out heat exchange between defrost water generated by defrosting of an evaporator and the refrigerant passing through the refrigerant path for evaporating the defrost water. |
