PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress enlargement of a base isolating device so as to reduce a construction cost, and to have a base isolating effect on the whole building. SOLUTION: In this base-isolated building constructed of a base isolating frame with the base isolating device 2 interposed between a column 3 and a foundation 1, a floor in a lowest layer is supported to a support part 7 for supporting the floor 6 below, through a sliding means 8 with the upper end and the lower end relatively movable in a lateral direction.
