PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver capable of preventing permeation of rainwater into the inside of a cabinet to improve waterproof performance and improving ventilation performance when the cabinet is installed outdoors. SOLUTION: The louver is configured in such a way that it consists of two kinds of internal louvers 5 and external louvers 10, a plurality of strip-like blade portions 7, 12 each inclined so as to be downward in external direction on frame portions 6, 11 are juxtaposed with a predetermined interval and are formed so that the inclined surface of the blade portion 7 of the internal louver 5 and the inclined surface of the blade portion 12 of the external louver 10 may not be arranged on the same straight line, and the external louver 10 is formed on the back of the blade portion 12 so as to cover a ventilation port to detachably attach a dust-proof filter 17. The internal louver 5 abuts on an opening 2 of the cabinet 1 via a waterproof packing 18, and the external louver 10 is overlapped on the internal louver 5 and these two louvers are fixed.
