<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity order reception system capable of improving a turnover rate of a user coming to a store such as a fast-food store. <P>SOLUTION: Before a user comes to an FC store, the user accesses a Web site 31 operated by a mail server 3 via the Internet 4a by use of a cellphone 1, and downloads menu information to the cellphone 1. A commodity to be ordered by the user is selected/determined from commodities described in the menu information 30, and order information 17 described with the commodity to be ordered by the user is stored in the cellphone 1.
