PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To isolatedly transmit image data by stabilizing signal passing characteristics of a pulse transformer in an LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) system. SOLUTION: A parallel signal of 12 bit from a CDS (Correlated Double Sampling)&A/D section 103 or a parallel signal of 36 bit from an A/D section 104 is inputted in an LVDS conversion section 105, and the LVDS conversion section converts the inputted parallel signal into a serial signal for LVDS transmission. An LVDS driver of the LVDS transmission section transmits 14 MHz×24 bit data in a state of using a single channel with transmission rate of T0/12. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
