A system for a multimedia photo album embedded in a recording optical disc is provided to construct the photo album in the optical disc by automatically executing a multimedia photo album program installed in the optical disc by using an auto-run function of the optical disc and additionally recording the made album in an opened next section of the optical disc by using a multi-section function. An optical disc medium discriminates ATIP(Absolute Time In Pregroove) record(101) of an optical disc by using an embedded program, and determines whether to execute the program. The optical disc medium records data of a user generated by the embedded program in a residual space of the optical disc, and maintains and plays the recorded data of the user.
