摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating electric machine capable of restraining oscillation of a stator and reducing electromagnetic noise. SOLUTION: In the rotating electric machine constituted of two slots of distributed winding motor for each pole and for each phase, a stator core 52 has an air gap with a constant width dg1 between top end portions of in-phase-teeth 1, 3, 5 and an outer-peripheral surface of a rotor core 41, and an air gap of which width is uneven in a peripheral direction and of which maximum value is a width dg2 (>dg1) between top end portions of out-phase-teeth 2, 4, 6 and the outer periphery surface of the rotor core 41. A magnetic circuit having magnetic resistance higher than the in-phase-teeth 1 is formed at the out-of-phase teeth 2. Under this constitution, a difference between the widths of the air gaps is provided so that the number of fluxes of the out-of-phase teeth 2 reduced by an increase in the magnetic resistance may become roughly identical with the number of fluxes of the in-phase teeth 1 to mutually compensate by equalizing electromagnetic oscillation forces applied to them in opposite directions to each other, thus restraining oscillation of the stator core 52.
