PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition for producing visible effects suitable for attracting under many illuminations and observation conditions. SOLUTION: Cosmetic composition, when illuminated at an incident light angle of 45 degrees, exhibits a hue angle deviation (Dh) of at least 50 degrees, more preferably at least 70 degrees, when the observation angle varies from -10 degrees to +30 degrees, and a deviation (Δa<SP>*2</SP>+Δb<SP>*2</SP>)<SP>1/2</SP>of at least 5 between observation angles of -30 degrees and -70 degrees.
