A method for testing an endurance of a window system in a car is provided to obtain more accurate test result by performing the endurance test in consideration of incorrect inversion. A method for testing an endurance of a window system in a car includes the steps of supplying power to raise a window(S1), supplying power to lower the window(S3), stopping lowering of the window(S4), determining whether the window is correctly inversed according to a signal generated from a window movement detection sensor installed at a door window channel(S5), counting the number of normal inversions when the window is correctly inversed and counting the number of incorrect inversions when the window is incorrectly inversed(S6), determining that durability and operational performance are satisfied when the number of normal operations is equal to a reference value(S7), and re-starting the window raise power supply step(S8).
