A switch structure is provided to implement an optimal switch operating point by variably setting a switch through a variable operation contact. A stationary rod is installed on an upper portion of a switch housing, and has a first spring. A push rod(20) is coupled to the stationary rod, and has a push rod body(22) with a second spring and a locking portion(24) formed on an outside of the push rod body. A contact plate(30) is installed on the push rod body, and has a first contact(32). A second contact is positioned in the switch housing at a position contacting the first contact.
