<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the electromagnetic radiation noise of a circuit board by stabilizing the fluctuations of the potential at a part where impedance becomes high. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply pattern 26 is connected to a sub power supply layer 18B formed insulated via a clearance S from a main power supply layer 18A supplied with power from a power supply line, and the power supply pattern 26 is connected to a ground layer 16 via a capacitor 34. That is, the power supply pattern 26 is not supplied with power directly from the main power supply layer 18A, so that the impedance becoming high makes the fluctuations of the potential larger. However, since a bulk capacitor 34 is connected, the fluctuations of the potential can be stabilized.
