An unmanned entrance/exit control system using multiple infrared cameras and a method thereof are provided to control visitors by using a motion sensor and a plurality of infrared cameras. An unmanned entrance/exit control system includes a plurality of cameras(201,202), an infrared sensor(205), and a control unit. The cameras are installed at different positions to photograph selectively visitors according to figures of the visitors. The infrared sensor is used for sensing the figures of the visitors. The control unit controls a photographing operation by driving the corresponding one of the cameras according to the figures of the visitors.
