VALVE ELEMENT, FLOW RATE CONTROL VALVE AND FLOW RATE CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of adhesion abrasion between a valve element and a valve seat part.

SOLUTION: The flow rate control device 4 of an engine is provided with a by-pass passage 48 having the valve seat part 28 formed on passage walls 20, 30 by-passing through a throttle valve provided on a bore 7 of the engine; and an ISC valve 34 for opening/closing the valve seat part 28 by moving the valve element 100 in an axial direction by operation of a stepping motor 55. The valve seat part 28 as either one contact part of contact parts where the valve element 100 and the valve seat part 28 are mutually brought into contact with each other is formed by a resin layer comprising a resin material and the contact part of the valve element is formed by an abrasion-resistance layer 130 excellent in abrasion-resistance property.
