An interior/exterior panel and a construction method thereof are provided. In particular, a plurality of regional panels, in which a plurality of unit panels are previously assembled in a standardized manner, are sequentially fixed to inner and outer wall surfaces through a plurality of fixing brackets to remarkably reduce an assembly process of interior and exterior materials. In addition, it is possible to minimize safety accidents generated during individual assembly of the unit panel. |
